Welcome to EID

Elderly Initiative for Development (EID) was established in 1995 as a community based self help organization, and registered with the Directorate of Social Welfare, Government of Bangladesh (Registration No. MA-0216). Its regular program of work in different villages in the District of Manikgonj is carried out with a personal grant from its founding Chairman. The present EID activities center around the following programs: Health Care, Elderly Education, Pension Savings, Elderly Allowance, and Awareness Creation.
